Well IDK the specifics nor who has praised Britney, but I'm sure the army have their own receipts of who praised Britney. But getting praise doesn't make you a legend. Marilyn Monroe got nothing but hate during her peak and she went on to become the most memorable female artist to ever exist.
That entire industry praise bs is just some stan receipts nonsense. It's public perception that makes you a legend and Britney & Beyonce will never be put on the same level as Madonna, MJ, and Freddie Mercury. No, just no
this is not true. + the industry praise actually highly influences the public perception. The industry and media can make and break you. And while I agree with what you said regarding Britney, I have to disagree with Bey. At the end of the day, she still sits comfortably at her 20 Grammys and is highly respected by her peers and the GP. And out of this generation, she is surely the only one who can be regarded to become a legend. Adele will most likely get there too (even though shes already from another generation).
She turned it down because she couldn't afford flopping. Britney is a risk taker and that's why she's a legend. Don't worry Beyonce will consider a residency soon.
Britney has never taken any risks in her entire career. How is doing local Vegas shows risky in any sense of the word?
Did you not bother to read? IA...SF came out November 15th, 2008.
Beyonce has not released a more successful album than Circus since Circus's release. If Britney Spears was over in 2008, then hasn't Beyonce been over since then, too?
Or are you going to backtrack on your ingenious logic?
My post still stands, due to Beyoncé still being able to outsell her with since then not once but twice.
The real question is why isn't Britney able to do so ? Even after the EDM era hits she was riding yet sales FAILED to follow not only in album sales but in a tour/ Hotel gigs as well
