Only some days I feel like this. I mean, ARTPOP is better than all Katy Perry and Methney spears albums but that doesn't make it "good". But today I feel like BTW > ARTFLOP.

I'm not sure about it selling more tbh because BTW has a selling point (aka what helps Lardele and Loose shift those massive units); It was the poster child album for that self-empowerment period in pop music. But it definitely has more hits; Applause, DWUW, Sex Dreams are all top 3 material.

Yes, I luv Judas now. It's better than Fad Romance tbh. But I prefer DWUW.

And yes, BTW is bad. She had everyone listening back then too so the timing couldn't be any worse. Like, the fact that she released the worst single of her career at the height of her popularity... Like, a mess.
