Perhaps the most self-aware titled song in the rate, "Go Long" is the eleventh song on Have One On Me. The track was inspired by the story of Bluebeard: a wealthy man marries a beautiful young woman and they life together in his castle. She gets lots of coin and jewels but she is forbidden from opening one of the doors in the castle. Eventually curiosity gets the better of ha and she looks inside, fining the corpses of all his previous brides. Bluebeard tells her she is gonna be next but she begs him to allow her to say her final prayers first. Instead she goes to the top of the tower to call for help and she is rescued by her brothers. There are hardly ever songs in these rates that actually deserve a 1 or 2 especially not songs from Joanna.
