There's literally no other way to do this, unless DH was never released as a promo single to begin with.
(I bet it will still somehow creep its way up the charts as a random album track tho)
Katy needs another 10m seller with a huge music video because Roar/Dark Horse being her most viewed videos makes her videography seem really tragic.
This actually, why did she make all of these terrible videos during PRISM era? You can't really get a hit nowadays without releasing a great music video so she needs to step up in this part.
