Anyone else noticed how absent Dr. Luke has felt this year? I'm wondering if the Ke$ha/Luke case has had a noticeably negative effect on his output and reception to it recently. The only hits he's produced this year are Sugar and Locked Away - the former is technically from 2014 but just smashed months later, and the latter is kind of the sole exception to my statement. R. City is a production duo he's well connected with, though, and once again there's Adam Levine.
The only "pop" girl who worked with him this year that we know of is Ciara, and she's not even technically a main pop girl (true, Jackie is VERY pop but that's besides the point).
I wonder if more people are avoiding him/refusing to work with him than before, especially some of the pop girls who would be understandably concerned with the awful claims put forth.
