Im going into pharmacy though, so I'll pay it back quickly.
I know a general practitioner who committed to an employer under the pretense that his debt will be paid for in a few years -- and not by him. Had to relocate to some hodunk town in the middle of nowhere though.
It's so sad that my boyfriend is a genius (like, an actual genius, he self-taught himself over four languages by the time he was ten and self-taught himself with three different instruments) and won't ever really be formally acknowledged for this because he made a mistake in college. Like, I'm a dummie, so it's not as bad, but he really is destined for greatness and it will be a long time before he can ever go back to college because our student loans system ****ING SUCKS.
I have about 13k in debt and a lot of it is credit card debt that's nothing compared to 100K in tuition debt alone. And paying off 100k in debt with a degree in Graphics Design...good luck. But hey, you screen out whoever you want in your dating pool.
Britney wins here though. All her debt (if any) was transferred to her conservator so its not her obligation anymore. Poor everyone.
Britney's conservatorship is one elaborate scheme that freed her of any legal/financial obligations!
The metaphorical chains of the legal system (poor K$) and financial debt (poor 50 Cent) are worse than hers.
bb, guys with good jobs and zero debt generally only also want to date guys with good jobs and zero debt. People like people like them, especially if what defines them are positive things.
It's the reason why you won't see a talented, respectable gentleman like Drake dating Rihfund.
So then why is it a problem if I'm looking for a guy who's not swamped in debt and employed? You change your mind from post to post it's hard to keep up with.
I'm finally graduating after 10 years of college , 3 years of journalism, 1 year doing nothing, 6 years of engineering
Congrats. I know a girl who's done the same thing. Started with engineering for years only to switch to med school She's currently in her 9th year and she's finally graduating so I guess it's not money wasted. It's better than to spend 3 years on a major that doesn't pay back.
