The reason why I don't want My Kind and OIAM to be singles is because she didn't co-write them.

I know I'm contradicting myself since she didn't co-write BIBO, Stay In Love or Tattoo either but these songs seem more personal to me. When I listen to them, I understand what she's been going through in the past 2 years.
(Even though the best song that translates her pain is Brave Heart imo)

I can see your argument on My Kind but not OIAM. If you listen to the stem, you can hear that it's Hilary belting on that song. It's one of her strongest vocal recordings on the album and she said she was most excited to perform it several months ago. I think she does relate to it quite a bit as it reflects her feelings after her divorce. She really emotes on the song and listen to her voice on the "you're going down without me" bit on the stem. Tell me it's not powerful...

I don't see it working as a single and honestly, I don't see any song on BIBO doing well if released. I understand why they went with Sparks as a lead, and they were totally right about that. It's kind of funny/sad though cos it's one of only three "happy" songs on the record.

If you don't think any of the songs would work then I don't get why you are fervently debating in favor of SIL, BIBO, or Tattoo. Your arguments are confusing because you keep contradicting yourself. I disagree though, her pop songs on BIBO were quality songs and I think if all sides did their part then she could have done decently on radio.

I can't at the OIAM hate, it's an amazing song, kind of generic but sounds like a top 10 smash hit!

and of course Tattoo, My Kind and Stay In Love should have been singles too
