The point is that she had 3 major classics but didn't have longevity. She had a couple more hits past her peak but no impact.
I can think of 3 classics from gaga and I can see her as not having much impact anymore due to people being indifferent about her now

Um she wrote and composed an entire Broadway musical(for which she won a Tony), she has written and composed all of her music, plus she has amazing stage presence.
She's simply not just a "good vocalist."
