The album bops. Your faves try to recreate it but they can't. If you don't like it then why make a thread about it.
She has a stan that hypes it up way more than it is. Something about it being "in the rock and roll hall of fame" when it really wasn't doesn't help either.
What isn't overrated on ATRL due to the critics' opinions though?
Huh? Do You see a lot of members defending Britney Jean, which he gave a positive review? To be fair, that album's overall reception was mixed, but it seems like success takes precedence over critical acclaim when it comes to ATRLers' "taste."

Absolutely not. ATRL doesn't bandwagon success to the same extent they bandwagon critics' opinions. And Blackout was hardly successful.
Blackout is an incredible album, definitely her best work along with In the Zone. Everything about it is just incredible, I can't even BEGIN to describe how fantastic it is; it's definitely worthy of the critical acclaim it received from various sources.
However, I completely disagree with BEYONCE in comparison to Britney Jean. BEYONCE is/was far superior than Britney Jean, a much more personal and cohesive experience than the latter. I don't think BJ was as bad as people make it out to be, but it's no way on the same level as BEYONCE.
so the critics opinions no longer matter? interesting!
Regardless of what someone at Rolling Stone thinks about Blackout, it's a great album and is better than most albums from other pop girls
Wow, second time that you post in this thread and second time that you felt the need to mention Beyoncé and her legendary self-titled album . Came out two years ago and still has you pissed I see. Her impact on your life is real
It's overrated bc of the situation Britney was in while recording it imo. The stans think her situation helped her make it a masterpiece when in actual fact she was barely involved in the making of Blackout.
