Usually it's because it's kinda obvious why it was closed but yeah, you gotta be patient. Most of them do lead lives on top of everything else. It'll just be a while (i.e. my HR finally got a census after I sent it couple of days ago).

Can Athens trademark "Poot Lovato" and the likes, as they originated here, and use them to fund new upgrades to this website? Somebody suggested it, and Taylor Swift trademarks her lyrics, so maybe there's something we can do about this.

It's pretty clearly laid out in the rules of SYG that fan base warring isn't allowed. May I suggest a little pow wow with the mods, Athens and lipton to get this point across?

I have to say that I'm also frustrated with something like this, repeatedly. I sent a help request yesterday and they actually did the opposite of what I requested, without even a PM to explain why.

The one I sent yesterday was separate about my "How close will Hello get to Focus on iTunes" thread , which was reported and closed after already being open for days.

I just checked. The other one was sent in as a report so it was cleared without the pm function. Looks like the thread was closed because it was bumped from being old.
