DC was doing a sound that was popular at the time, that's trend hopping just as if a pop girl did dance when it's popular
And bye, those girls were raised in the late 80s and early 90s, when songs like Jumpin Jumpin weren't popular.
In fact R&B girl groups back then were popular with SWV, TLC, En Vogue e.t.c which existed before they debuted, stop acting like DC did anything new
