Releasing TIHWF after Birthday was a huge mistake, if Birthday has flopped, TIHWF had no chance to smash because it was too similar to Birthday, but less catchy...
Walking On Air was clearly her 3rd smash hit, it was the higher track on iTunes (without including her singles), her fans love it, the radios wanted it, her lives slay, I'm so pissed off it's gonna be forgotten

But yes, releasing it after Birthday flopped was bad, but it would have been worse to end the era after 4 singles. She should have just given radios what they wanted at that stage and saved TIHWD for later.

Nobody questions Mariah and she has more. It's not really an excuse.

It's always the same excuses. Bonnie writes her songs. Luke writes her songs. Max writes her songs. Sarah writes her songs etc. Yet they dismiss any other credited writer in their fave's tracks as "just the producer".

It doesn't even matter if she uses the same team of writers as long as she's the main writer on it and the fact that she's written for Nicki, Selena, Kelly, Iggy, etc is just further proof of her writing skills. Poor haters
