She pays for her videos herself and Columbia did not know about self titled untill 4 days before it came out.

But yeah, Rihanna is more of a singles artist, she just doesn't commit to one sound. If Talk That Talk had been all electro-house she could have had an amazing album, but she had to include all those generic urban songs and ballads. And then when she starts making more interesting urban music with Unapologetic, she includes those terrible Guetta tracks.
You don't treat your fans/ consumers like that. It's bad business and v rude.
She just canceled her performance to finish her album. There is still no exact confirmation yet that ANTi is a 2016 release. I'm not defending all of her team's actions/decisions but the shouts of "she's over@!!! " & the bans are just extra. It'll come when it comes.
