Her music is just not that good. She spent all of her successful career trying to emulate other artists (1st album: Britney, 2nd album: P!nk, 3rd album: Etta James), which ripped her of having her own identity, and her ****** attitude didn't help her get some assistance from the industry once her career started struggling.

Plus her voice isn't on the level of Whitney or Mariah no matter how hard her fans pretend it is. It's all power, no control whatsoever; makes it sound like she's hurting herself every time she tries the high note.
