Yes in the past 15 years "major" female artists have had at least 1 album and at most 7 albums to do it and they are hiding behind adele.
The problem is that they believe the first week sales record is her #1 accolade and it's not It is top 3 though.
Which is why we need to educate ourselves on her accolades and achievements...some of which won't ever be broken.
Just make sure the receipts thread has all of her notable accolades.
This will be a point of reference and education tool to the non Britney stans in the future.
