I think it's apparent that the GP prefers Katy over Gaga. No one in their right mind would say Katy is a better VOCALIST than Gaga. The word singer is so broad. It's just someone who sings and the people that voted in that thread were obviously just choosing the person they prefer.

Anyway, most people, like a certain academy I know would agree that Gaga is superior in almost every way.
