Are mentally ill people not systematically oppressed and have been for centuries? Why is it ok to mock their lack of rights? I mean that's what happened with Britney, because of mental issues she had, control of her life, her children, career, finances was wrestled away from her. As someone pointed out, she is indeed oppressed, as are many others like her.
Why is this ok to mock (I don't condone either personally), but when someone factually points out that half of this thread could walk up to Chris Brown tomorrow, shoot him point blank, claim they were threatened and then not go to prison, it's not allowed?
