The pic of the baby on her lap was a bad move on her part but right as she was leaving a parking lot not even 25 mph. No evidence that the bodyguard didn't place the baby in the babyseat shortly therefafter. She panicked and made a poor choice.
Placing a baby incorrectly is a mistake not abuse.
