ok. So first of all, they're not the same. The Sexuality Spectrum is a spectrum of all the different sexualities a person could possibly be. On one end of the spectrum is heterosexuality, on the other end is homosexuality, and then a bunch of stuff in between (which could all technically be classified as varying degrees of bisexuality). Sexual fluidity is when a person feels they do not have one set preference (like only liking the same sex or only liking the opposite sex). They feel like they are open to multiple types of people/genders etc. so therefore their sexuality is seen as "fluid" or moving, not stationary like heterosexuality or homosexuality. Hope this helps
