I should probably actually write something so I could post it in here, though!

Well for now, only people in Platinum Hit have seen where my sig comes from, so...
Autumns Tears
Autumn’s tears fell upon Winter’s grave
She knew the seasons would surely change
Though she’d hoped that Spring would come again
Eternal night had dawned instead
Once the Summer skies were dazzling hues
Full of sparkling golds and stunning blues
Now the days of old have long since past
And the memories a distant ash
So Autumn cried
Not ready to say goodbye
Not ready to face the night
To let the snowflakes settle in
And Autumn’s tears
Came to be when all her fears
Were realized by the passing years
She felt the Winter closing in
She looked around for a hint of sun
But Winter doesn’t wait for anyone
Autumn’s tears crashed down on the sand
The grains of time slipped through her hands
She hoped the sun would come to rise again
Though lonely stars formed overhead
Once the Summer skies so welcoming
Now mysterious and beckoning
She felt cold coming ever close
And what left her was the sense of hope
So Autumn cried
Not ready to say goodbye
Not ready to face the night
To let the snowflakes settle in
And Autumn’s tears
Came to be when all her fears
Were realized by the passing years
She felt the Winter closing in
She looked around for a hint of sun
But Winter doesn’t wait for anyone
It's about facing mortality, and the realization of your own death by seeing those around you die, as well as not being ready to die and having regrets. It's told through the metaphor of seasons and stages of your life. I'm really proud that I was able to pull off the concept I had in my head for this song well!
