Couldn't have said it better myself. This era it sounds like she isn't as good as she was during the middle of her last era (vocally she was terrible the beginning of demi). I hope she get back to her A+ game she is capable of.
That being said Bitch played this song. This is her best performance this era.

My point is that I like most of Demi's material, but I wasn't feeling this rendition of the National Anthem... had nothing to do with my perceived dislike of Demi.

I don't think the quality of her voice is decreasing, sometimes her voice is more raspy than usual but that's it.
Just watch this performance from a few days ago.
One of her best live performances ever if not the best!
She has been singing non-stop since the album came out and maybe her voice may sound tired and raspy as I said before, but just take a look at that performance or the performances in Brazil the last week, she was at her best. Demi is at her best point vocally without a doubt.
