Forced rhyming is actually pretty easy to pick up on because it's not something you would usually say, and it's so obvious that it's only there to rhyme. Like...when something isn't forced, it sounds like something someone would naturally say, and doesn't feel out of place in a sentence. I really wish I could give a good example of this, but tbh I'm just a rly good natural rhymer.
Also, syllable stressing is typically based on how you would normally say a word, and if you have to contour how a word is said to fit your meter, it was probably forced to begin with.
