As someone already pointed out, no one will take her words seriously with how she presents herself.
Can you imagine her giving some super meaningful and thoughtful speech in the Birthday video? Even if it was the best ever, people would still mostly notice how awful she looked in majority of the video.
Like, no one cares about your album when you're dressed like a damn nutcracker. She is one of the few pop stars who actually has sex appeal (Her and Rihanna are the most appreciated by straight guys because of it) and she's dressing as disgusting as possible?
Can't wait her to start flopping and having the world blame "ageists" when in reality she just lost touch with reality of her situation. She isn't Adele. She is a pop star who depends on catchy music since she doesn't have the strongest voice and to a lesser extent her looks (but still important).
All girls can serve catchy music, but they don't have her sex appeal. But now she's wasting that by wearing the ugliest outfits I've ever seen. Not only is she 31 when other girls in the game are like barely over 20, but she's dressing like a overworked soccer mom (literally), blabbering a little too much about politics lately, and always giving empty promises.
I'm 95% sure her lead single will have the remnants of MM or Luke. Not that I dislike that, but stop trying to convince people you want to be some artistic **** if you aren't going to do it.
Nothing she does ever creates much buzz without a ton of effort and promo.
It's what she gets for being utterly useless. God, if she wanted to release a X-Mas single this year she better actually start promoting this week or else there's no point.
