She got caught up in the hype of being the next Mariah and Whitney and then people calling her the next madonna that she actually forgot to manager her career in the smart ways they did.
She would have never ousted Britney or Pink but she SERIOUSLY could have given shakira and beyonce a run for their money when they were on the come up and not as powerful.

You would need to determine that she's unable to make millions drawing in people to see her show, you would need to determine that on a weekly basis she's not referenced in pop culture to some capacity, you would need to determine that there is no interest in her but you can't do that seeing that she's brought up here on a daily basis.
