Taylor clearly appeals to a wide demographic. I'm not denying the fact that she has many young female fans who obviously absolutely adore her, but get real, she's been around for a decade. All of the people I grew up with who loved her in 2006 still love her today, and unfortunately, I wasn't 8 years old a decade ago.

I was originally thinking Adele was gonna sell around 5M US before the era started with the new album.

But I mean, if it's doing 2M in 1 week, then it'll end up doing 4M in US by 2016 since it has the whole month of December after. And then there's the rest of 2016, the GRAMMYs, and a possible tour.

If she has the #1 and #2 top-selling albums this decade. Lord.
