I could see Hello having anywhere from a BTW (6 weeks) to a CITW 97/OSD (14-16 weeks) stay at #1, given the fact Adele has a chart history with solid longevity. BTW would be the burn out scenario after only six weeks, given the song's unprecedented start but then crashing rather quickly. On the other hand, the CITW 97/OSD stay would be if she can keep the song going through the Grammy's. Obviously when her label releases the follow-up will play a major part in how long Hello stays at #1.
