Hello only has three weeks that can count toward this chart year. CITW had eight weeks.

CITW has the two biggest sales weeks for a single in the Soundscan Era with 3.5 million week one and 1.2 million week two. I wonder if Hello can take over the #2 spot from CITW's second week?
