"Perfect" this week was pretty much proof that iTunes indeed doesn't show insta grats anymore, but it should have those people buying the single first and then the album.

Think it needs a 1.2M predictions to have 1M on Billboard, but that doesn't seem unlikely at all at the moment.

I think Billboard do not apply Insta grats rule to proper singles, only to promo single and hence why I think Hello won't be affected by it. I think this could be a reason why Infinity was affected and not Perfect. Just a thoory though, Billboard need to clarify everybody regarding this thing.

Kworb made the good point yesterday that album pre-orders are obviously the highest in the first week the album is up for them. So the "buy single first, then pre-order album" will have the clearly biggest effect then.

But your theory is possible too
And we will know for sure with Hello's debut. Just hope Billboard says 1M+ too at this point
