Depends how much the #100 biggest album of 2015 sells
If the #100 biggest album of 2015 sells sells 200k, 1989 would get 10+ points with 2M+ sales. Albums get points based on how much they sell in a year, relative to the lowest ranked album (which gets 1 point by default) of the same year
