Weird, KIIS (#2 station) seems to have Hello in power rotation but Z100 (#1) is snubbing it completely

I don't think there's any doubt that Hello is going straight to #1 on Pop though.

I don't think there's any doubt that Hello is going straight to #1 on Pop though.

It's OK. One station out of ~200 doesn't make a difference at all (except if we're talking about trying for a spin record or a close race for #1), and Z100 will definitely pick it up. Remember that it doesn't officially go for adds until tomorrow.
