People originally thought she'd be good if she did 200K first week with it, since "The Way" did around 200K and the rest of the era flopped.

Then she went #1 on iTunes in the quickest time ever; sold nearly 450K, and missed #1 by like 0.03% chart points.

It was such a mess. Ariana exploded out of nowhere. I still don't understand how it was possible.
