She doesnt really even look white though imo. Aside from like the blonde hair. Her features, skintone are indicative of some type of ethnic something.
But anyway, mixed people (and black people in general) come in all colors and types so it doesnt really matter. They can look completely black, latino, completely white, etc. You can never really be sure.
Spencer from Pretty Little Liars is half black
Still nothing special for me.
