I remember the HS mayhem. I think the Billboard staff still repent what they did with it. You just cannot make such an abrupt change in the charts in such an atypical scenario, because it will turn out a mess.
That was so terrible and I completely agree. People thought Harlem Shake would break One Sweet Day's record, and all kinds of other mess.
Billboard probably thought it'd be a kii to do it but it honestly backfired for them because that one rare scenario gave everyone a bad opinion of Streaming being included and Billboard had protests and complaints over Streaming for a solid few months.

They probably wanted to amend their stagnation with "Gangnam Style" but ended up making things worse.
No, I know I haven't completely checked numbers, just thought it was too high gaining 5M but it's totally possible. I have no idea how many streams Drake will do being on Apple Music tho. My problem is not BB not counting AM Video Streams, I absolutely think they count, but I don't know how big they could be since it's a not such a huge platform like YouTube.
Also, I know there are a lot of random videos on YouTube dancing, but that's mostly Drake dancing with another random audios since his dance is becoming viral
