Oh yeah, that was bad. But pretty much everyone on this show sucks at mourning dead people scenes. I think Noah's actor is the only one to give a decent performance at that. Even Carlson blows her crying scenes
So considering Kieran has a decent actor and there is potential to develop him, I'd really like them to do that. So far he's just... really underdeveloped, which isn't good, but isn't a crime either. That's easy to fix. On the other hand, Emma is stupid, Maggie is horribly acted, and Jake is badly acted and incredibly inconsistent. Those problems are a lot harder to fix.
