What are you talking about? They confronted her on the fact that she herself told the Egyptian prime minister and her daughter that attack was not about a video, and didn't provide an explanation on why she and the White House lied. That is brand new information.

Lol, yes it's premature b/c there is an ongoing investigation! But all evidence points to it being classified including the fact information that has been found is ALWAYS typically classified.

If the emails don't meet the following criteria:

Classified at the time of sending or receipt by the State Department, had not left the hands of classified personnel, and not deleted from the private server promptly

Then they are not admissible as evidence of a breach of federal protocol. If ANY of those conditions are not fully met, the emails in question do not matter, even for an indictment, and much less a verdict.

the fact that the white house let Biden withdraw means that the FBI/DOJ are not going to find anything illegal with what Hillary did. If Biden had jumped into the race, there would still be a chance that charge would be dropped.

I mean, that's not definitive or official in any way, but I agree that I feel like Biden would have stayed in the running and launched a campaign if he had reason to believe that she would be indicted, rather than risking Bernie being the nominee or her being pulled from the general (or even from office) after the nomination.
