I just think this is a trial and error period for Rihanna. Every time she's taken a bit more control with her career their has been some setbacks (her style, her brand, some of her albums). She will eventually get it together because she's a very resilient women. I don't think her scrapping her album in March was a bad thing. Her sentiments about her old music lets me know she's truly trying to deliver and I can't be mad at her for trying at this point in her career. I'll just have to be patient and trust her judgement. I'm sure she didn't want to let us know she scrapped the album because we'd all freak out and start making **** up(like we always do) it's better she leaves us in the dark because making an album is much more difficult than we think.

Gal, what? How did you get that from my comment? The song just clashes with the albums deep, artistic and timeless theme. It's the best song of the era though, so no shade.

I think she might have altered the direction but I don't think she ever 'scrapped' the album. We know that Higher/BBHMM/Love On The Brain were recorded long before reports of her scrapping the album and Rih has said that those songs are on the album.

Oh you're so naive, do you really see RD saying "yeah it's coming November 6" when it's supposed to be secretive. They're not gonna betray Rih's team.

You can go through all my history of posts in this base, i've never said once she scrapped ANYTHING EVER.
And the only times i mentioned Adele in here was to say that i would be really happy if Rih happen to release around her because Adele will boost album sales.

There are timeless POP records, timeless ROCK records, timeless HIP HOP/Rap records. So I'm not understanding how BBHMM isn't timeless or have the potential to be ? Umbrella , Don't Stop The Music, and Diamonds arguably some of Rihanna's timeless records and they all have different influences so your point was ?
