Host commentary - Basic. I can see why it was rejected because in addition to being meh (which fits with Hard Candy) it also isn’t the same overrused Pharrell/Timbaland production of that album.
Guest commentary Reinvention - Some redeeming qualities to this, but is overall boring
eli’s_rhythm- the verses are eh but that chorus is timeless
Host commentary - This one has such a great chorus and it is fun in a way that doesn't quite become a troll song. I wish it made the album. It fits nicely between Express Yourself and Love Song if you are a tracklist re-arranger like myself.
Guest commentary HonourableVomit -Although it doesn't really fit on Like A Prayer, it beats out half the album tracks IMO (and that mess Love Song) because the melody is so strong and the lyrics are so cheeky it's hard not to be charmed. The only thing stopping it from being a 10 for me is the uncomfortably overpowering backing vocals but I can appreciate the harmony. A true bop.
