Well I have seen them all besides D83 (but I heard really good things about it). Bates Motel is amazing. Parks and Rec and Broad City are pure comedy (though the former is a Friends kinda comedy, where you also get sad with the characters sometimes). Broad City is just lots of fun. Start with Bates Motel I guess.
