I do, but I usually use an anti-bac gel afterwards (but that's cause I am a bit obsessive with cleaning & hygiene).

The thing is tho, hand washing in the public bathrooms is kinda pointless, cause you wash your hands and then open up the door by touching a dirty door handle... So yeah.

I use the paper towels
If it isn't available I'll use tissue
If all else fails I'll use my shirt

I do not touch door handles

I also use my feet to flush the toilet
