I feel it's obvious that Gaga is Mrs March because:
1. Why would they not show Mrs March's face in the flashback unless they intended to reveal it was someone we knew later on?
2. Elizabeth said she's been around since 1910 (or whenever), so the timeline would work out. Plus, she said it in the same episode the flashbacks happened.
3. It'd explain the hotel ownership. Mr March owned it, died, and left it to his wife. The Countess owns it, but she should have died so for it to not get legally messy they would have had to sell it to a new owner (Will Drake). Plus, "the money is running out"...again, because she's not supposed to have lived this long. She's spent it all.
4. We've seen a few shots of Gaga with shorter, 1920's hair and brows...when Elizabeth typically has longer hair and bleached brows. So, that presumably means she's doing flashback scenes. Plus, when she's in this get up, they've given her dark lips etc. which is often done when shooting in black and white for better results (reds can look grey).
5. We've heard that Finn is playing two characters, and considering Elizabeth said Tristan reminded her of the guy who turned her, it wouldn't be unexpected for him to play her Sire's likeness back in the 1920s and we see those scenes playing out either before or after Mr March's death.
6. Why else has she been hanging out in this hotel for so long?
Bonus: I wouldn't be surprised if Elizabeth wears her glove because she burnt her hand in the acid bath when she found her husband's dead body slumped in it. Or she got hurt in one of his tortures.
Bonus 2: Her character is presumably based on Elizabeth 'The Blood Countess'/'Countess Dracula' who - along with accomplices - tortured and killed hundreds of people in her castle. She would bathe in the blood of virgins to retain her youth (so, maybe the Gaga version is she must have virginal, pure blood to drink). It would make sense that Mr and Mrs March were both ****ed up ("I like to hear the screams" - Mrs. M).
Mrs March is introduced in episodes 4-5 and Emma appears in the season finale.

I'm honestly shocked at how much I liked episode 2 considering how much I hated the first episode. Gaga was amazing too, much more than I thought she would be after her premiere scenes.

I like how the incorporated the Cortez story in the decor. And the Venus reference for Gaga
I hope they do more to develop the hotel itself so it actually has a personality of it's own. The fact that it's empty is assume is intended to come off as eerie but instead it just feels dull. Now that they detective is living there, there maybe a chance for them to fix this because right now it's just a series of different rooms
