I really hope that Mr. March, Sally and Ms. Evers are not ghosts and the only reason that they are still alive because the Hotel lets them for some reason. And they can't leave hotel because of it. But then they would need to explain why random victims don't stay alive in the Hotel

I don't think someone was perched in the Hotel with an Ouija board to free Mr March but I'm trying to say is that anything is possible and as of now everything leads to Mr March really being the killer.
Especially since the killer would be impersonating as Mr March and I really don't see Liz, Iris, Alex, John having a 2nd life as Mr March copy.
