Ke$ha keeps changing her story and adding more terrible things Luke supposedly did. Plus the whole basis of the trial is her requesting to be released from her contract, which she keeps emphasizing and pleading the judge to do, rather than to prosecute Luke for supposedly raping her I'm sorry, but anyone who doesn't find this highly suspicious is probably very guillible

The court system (in America anyway, not sure about in other countries) is already heavily stacked against the victim in cases of rape. Civil cases generally require a lower burden of proof on the side of the plaintiff, and in a case like this, where the alleged rapes took place years ago (
well after nearly any evidence of a rape could be collected), Luke would be acquitted in a heartbeat in criminal court, guilty or not. To my knowledge, Kesha hasn't once changed her story since she first went public with it. She's added details, but never contradicted them.
The only thing that remains unexplained from her side is her lawyer's outrageous claims about Gaga on Twitter. I really have no answer to that, but even if Kesha did lie about being raped, there'd still be no real obvious explanation for what he posted.
