I walk to and from work every day, and depending on the route that's either four miles or six miles one way. So I've had some conditioning for the experience. I walked all the way Downtown from my house, then turned and walked back I meant to take the bus part of the way, but I forced myself to do the whole thing on foot.
Every time I've gone to the gym this past week people have tried talking to me and it ruins my workout. I try not to be rude but I'm sweating, wearing tight ass clothes, looking a mess and doing embarrassing movements like I don't want to be bothered.
This guy who works there yesterday asked if he could keep me company while I was doing glute bridges, one of the most awkward workouts you can do, and I was like umm I'm about to leave so he walked away and every time we walked passed each other it was super awkward. I ended up apologizing to him after I finished my workout and it just made things worse
My diet and workout started yesterday (Monday) and I already ****ed it all up I had a donut and a big cup of Ice Cream but I did 20 minute cardio, hopefully it burned it all. I was sweating and my heart was beating fast so that's a good sign
This post was from last year. HUGE difference now. I don't crave sweet fat desserts anymore. I eat a TON of Vegetables. My willpower is stronger now.
arg been studying for 3 months now like 16 hours a day and all i do is order in chips (oil logging french fries) and KFC and its amazing how these 3 months have turned me from a super toned sex god into this pile of flab, its like i just lost all muscle mass, but i finish exams soon and then ill be in the gym for 16 hours a day, its summer for crying out loud.
I literally don't care about anyone at the gym - the hottest, buffest, sexiest guy I will check out, visually **** and then strut past with my white lanky body to the shower. Truly don't give a.
