Yeah Blackout and In the zone are her two best works.
I love Britney and I say this as an objective stan.
her first four eras were crafted perfectly.
Although she is legendary and successful at the levels of Madonna, Janet etc. statistically
In the zone was THAT album that was taking her in the direction of eventually having her Janet./Velvet rope/Ray of light...instead she got up to Rhythm nation/True blue/Like a prayer and then went downhill with Booty Juice ha 8th album.
She has 4 albums left and tbh era 9 and 10 are the only ones where she has a chance to get radio hits after that she won't have any chance to have hits so they might as well serve us some classic bops while she still has a chance to get radio play.
She can still get to Janet/Velvet rope/Ray of light (close to it at least) but for now era 9 needs to put her back on with bops and then she can let era 9/10/11 fulfill the much needed closure of her career and era 12 can be wildcard (anything she wants).
She has two more eras with a chance at top 10s and decent single/album sales tbh
