Katy should at least sell 500k first week in the US with her next album after the SB promo she had, Madonna sold 300k+ despite it being her 12th album or something, Beyonce sold 600k in 3/4 days.
No reason why Katy shouldn't do more.

Those touring receipts are fine for someone who's blacklisted since 2004 and coming after a 7 year hiatus and hasn't had a real hit album/single since 2001
