Blissey is better than Chansey in Ubers. I don't see what we're disagreeing about.

As for Mawile, Mega Mawile is by no means a bad Pokemon, but the ORAS meta was very unkind to it. Primal Groudon basically killed its viability in Ubers.

I actually wrote an, at least, 1000 word story here. Lets just say it turned into a soap opera esque mess. One of the endings was Magickarp & Abyss in jail having a "Poke Is The New Ball" spin off. Also Phresh & Mimi were lovers.
Phresh died for Mimi. It involved, Celebi. Also, Hug was trying to summon Arceus. Blue & Magickarp had a really nice storyline together, tbh. Let me stop.
