Students are treated like absolute crap. We'll be the saviours of society because we're supposed to be getting a good education, but apparently this is a privilege so we have to fork out truckloads. And we're practically the lowest earning demographic.
I don't think colleges would be over-crowded if they became free. Just because they're free doesn't mean they're open to everyone. They would obviously still maintain standards for getting accepted into one.
hmm good point! Maybe not overcrowded but student population will grow immensely I can't tell you how many kids don't go to university just because they simply cannot afford it and do not want to have student loan debt until my late 50's not talking from personal experience or anything
