Sorry but this is something only her blind haters say.
When I Kissed A Girl came out, it was a very positive thing for the gay community. She actually got a lot of bad press from religious groups who wanted the song banned from radio. But the community rallied behind her.
Firework is a song she did because she saw her fans needed it. It was necessary for her to do it. Same for Gaga with Born This Way!
Taylor will most likely cook up an anthem herself in 2 albums or even the next.

For the record I don't claim "Ur So Gay" whatsoever, I think Firework is overrated, was upset when it became a single (and later her signature song) and I think some of her lyrics are questionable. But the cultural appropriation thing has never been an issue to me, I think people make too much of a deal about that but here's probably not the place to get into that.

Firework is legit one of the worst songs of all time.

HOWEVER, I don't really hate Katy or anything. I do like some of her songs, its just that that particular single is low-key unforgivable.

Yep. It still irks me that it became so huge. I was so mad when it was released and she had that ugly choppy hair on the single cover. I thought it was gonna flop so hard.
