I really can't be f'd either but sadly we have no choice. I really have a feeling Madonna had a very much "all or nothing" kind of attitude for this album and it was really gonna be her last hurrah in terms of full on promo and getting success. Whether its floppage drives her to try harder, or to call it a day and just chill out and release something when and if she feels like it, we'll find out in due course.
Yeah, I'd say we are only getting at most one more album this decade and we are probably looking more in the 2018-19 range sadly. I wouldn't even be surprised if it is longer.

I wish that she would just release what she works on - we saw with this album that almost none of the material that made it or missed it was bad. We saw the creative process and the soul of the record, and I want more.

Same. Rebel Heart already feels like a life time ago (considering when it leaked ). Honestly I didn't even listen to the leaks cause I little interest in demos and unfinished scraps, but by the time the songs came out it was just people complaining about whether they liked the demo or finished versions better. The only demo I heard originally was "Rebel Heart", and it is shocking just how great that is compared to the dull, lifeless album version, but suppose she felt she had to do something radical to it to keep it fresh considering it is the title track. Completely ruined it though. It had lead-single quality prior to being butchered.
