Kanye just gave an interview on "The Jay Leno Show". Kanye said he knew he was wrong the minute he handed Taylor the mic and she didn't continue her speech. He also said all he has ever wanted to do was help people.
Jay then asked him what his mother would think of what he did. Kanye paused for a minute and agreed with Jay when he said that she would probably give him a lecture. Kanye said he wants to take some time off and analyze his life. He said that he hopes he can talk to Taylor personally and apologize.
IMO, he can apologize all he wants, it still won't change what he did. He didn't think first which was what caused this. He put himself first, then, after he said what he said, he realized he hurt Taylor. I hope his career is over now.
Props to Kanye! Great apology from him on the Jay Leno show! I'm glad to hear the cheers and support for him again. Man did he choke up when Jay Leno said what do you think your mother would have said about this? Dude nearly cried. Jay Leno did a great job. Keep your head up Kanye what you did was good man I believe in second chances

Kanye choked up when he said that and nearly cried. The man obviously need help. I don't think his career is over. But he does need support badly, mental support. It was nice hearing the crowd cheering him instead of booing him since he did give such a sincere apology it took guts to go on there and apologize but he did and that's what matters. We still support you Kanye we just wish you would get some help your still not over your mother's death it seems like it still bothers you your just not the same mentally anymore. I too was glad that the crowd didn't "boo" him. At least people were kind enough to treat him as a human being. We all make mistakes sometimes, Kanye just makes more than usual, LOL!

When asked "What would your mother think" Kanye got speechless. He knew what would happen, his mother would be chewing him out and just saying how that was wrong and he knew it too. To me he says he wants to make the world a better and all that but I think the real reason is that hes not over his mothers death. He needs to have a pyschological heart to heart and just let it all out and then maybe the ego will go down.
I still don't like him cause of his outburts though.
